1, Turn on the cooling water.
2, Cooling water requires low inlet and high outlet. Adjust the outlet position to ensure that the cooling water is filled with water,no air bubbles in the tube. It is recommended to use clean soft water,so that not to cause blockage of cooling water.
3, The cooling water temperature should be 18~25°C, and the height should not exceed 30°C. Cooling water flow rate 2L-4L/min;
4, If the temperature of cooling water is too high, it will worsen laser mode and engraving ability. If poor cooling for a long time, it will damage the lens in the laser cavity or cause gelatinization between the water jacket and the lens, which will eventually cause damage to the laser.
5, If the temperature of cooling water is too low, in the humid weather, small water droplets will condense on the surface of the laser, which may cause high-voltage ignition, interfere with the normal operation of the equipment or even damage the electronic control components. In humid weather, it is recommended that the cooling water temperature be 5 °C lower than the room temperature.
6, In cold areas, it must make sure the cooling water not freeze. Especially after stopping laser, the cooling water should not be stored in the laser tube to prevent the cooling water from freezing and causing the crack.
